What does Tadoro do?

Tadoro walks families through preparedness – guided, together, clearly. Power of attorney, advance directive, emergency plans, and the conversations behind them. For your parents, yourself, your kids: each plan stands on its own, with clear roles. Tadoro complements your notary or lawyer – we don't replace anyone.

Is Tadoro a document vault?

No. Tadoro doesn't store sensitive documents. It only records that something exists and where to find it.

What happens to my plan if Tadoro one day no longer exists?

Accepted Answer

Your plan isn't trapped inside Tadoro. Tadoro is the overview, not the vault: your actual documents stay where you keep them (notary, folder, trusted people). You can export all your data at any time via Settings and continue it outside Tadoro or on paper. If we ever discontinue the service, we give advance notice, leave you time to export, and delete data in line with GDPR; we don't sell or transfer it.

How much does Tadoro cost?

Free 14-day trial. Then two options: €49 per year (cancel any time, effective at year-end) or €299 one-time (no subscription, no expiry). No per-person charges; multiple separate plans for different family circles included.

Yes. Under Settings you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

What happens when my trial expires?

Your data is never deleted. You can view it but not edit it until you activate full access.

Only anonymized data. No names, emails, or personal information.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, but we handle it manually. Email us from your current address to our support address – we'll respond within 24 hours. This friction protects against social engineering.
